The report is to educate the public that drugs other than alcohol, including marijuana, are absorbed, distributed and eliminated from the body differently than alcohol. While BAC correlates closely with impairment, there is no such measure (e.g., THC) for marijuana that correlates with impairment. Thus, a BAC-equivalent impairment measure is not possible. So, when you're selecting active learning strategies and activities, knowing that your class is diverse, knowing that there are different preferences that they have for learning, we want to select various activities, we want to change it up, not use the same thing over and over. And we want to pick those activities that will give us the most that we can possibly get out of it for all of these learners. We also know that active learning aligns with meeting the learning preferences of Gen-Y and Gen-Z students. Gen-Z students in particular, they're all about tech and active learning. Gen Ys love groups, they love groups, but they want feedback on how the group did. So neither one of them really, but we see more in the literature now, the Gen Zs do not want lectures.

But why are lawyers such easy targets? Well, lawyers are easy targets because we haven't done a good enough job at the front-end. And as a result, we're subject to ridicule. Now here's some good news. Nurses have done a terrific job. This is from an article from Gallup, December 26, 2017. "For the 16th consecutive year, Americans' ratings of the honesty and ethical standards of 22 occupations finds nurses at the top of the list. More than 8 in 10, 82% Americans describe nurses' ethics as very high or high. In contrast, about 6 in 10 Americans rate members of Congress and lobbyists as very low or low when it comes to honesty and ethical standards."

We did a survey with our employees to find out because we wanted their feedback and say, "Hey, what is it that you all want?" Because we're not a big program. Well, we're a big program, but we have a small staff. - I was going to say you are a big program. - So we have about 25, 26 employees. So they gave us their feedback and it was overwhelmingly, "We want to stay at home." They like the work-life balance. So to pull them back just because they could, I think it would've just really affect their morale so we will stay remote. - Nice. - Good. - And we did maintain half of our office and another company leased the other half.
