And let me try and, what's known as, hack your brain. So every time you see the word dogma in the future, it's not going to be something you're going to go, "Oh," but something that you're going to embrace. Jurisdictions can choose to place the cost of the service on the applicant/licensee as a separate fee or add the cost to the licensing fee (if allowed). Who collects the information for a CBC? Currently, there are three ways that BONs handle informa- tion collecting for CBCs: in-house, through local law en- forcement agencies or by utilizing approved private sector corporations. Jurisdictions that conduct fingerprinting at their BON have the proper equipment needed, trained staff and safe repository for all information pertaining to the CBC. BONs that conduct CBCs in-house have received positive feedback from their nursing constituents as it allows nurses to meet with BON staff and ensure that they are correctly following protocol.

And for the most part, the way Snapchat is set up you're not supposed to be able to either recorded or create any type of screenshot of it. So pretty much like if you know who the actual user is of the Snapchat account and then you can show that that particular person did post the content and the person…and then of course bringing in a witness that can attest to them seeing that content, that goes a long way with authenticating that kind of evidence regarding Snapchat.

Now, how do you go about then implementing generative AI systems? Well, it also is a little bit like putting together a puzzle. You start with a small piece and you want to integrate it effectively adopting it across teams. The biggest problem in organizations, public sector, private sector, what have you, governmental, healthcare deliveries, business right now with generative AI is they've got somewhere between 5% and 50% of their people using these AI tools somehow, some way, on their own, individually. ©2024 National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc.

So, at least one visit with their assigned primary care provider. They may have had other visits with other providers during that timeframe, but the person who they're getting these surveys for is really the person who's responsible for managing the majority of their care.
