You will see items in the order of recognize cues, analyze cues, prioritize hypotheses, generate solutions, take actions, and evaluate outcomes. You can consider a case study scenario as a capsule, and the selection of a capsule is adaptive. Once you open a capsule, the six items are presented to you in a linear order.- This is a graphical representation of adaptive algorithms. The y-axis is the scale used for both item difficulty and the candidate ability. On this scale, larger numbers indicate more difficult questions or higher ability. Smaller numbers indicate easier questions and a lower ability. The x-axis tracks the number of operational items.

And what is the unit for the bottom? Years, yeah. So now, you have concept, right? These are two different things, but you kind of can draw the line, and it's the same thing. When we go to our psychometric field, we also have a similar thing. Now, the x-axis is ability, and y-axis is a probability you'll get the item correct. And as we see in the previous chart, I think the older you are, especially for the children, right? The older you are will be more tall, right, taller. And it's the same thing. If your ability is higher, you will have more chance to get the item correct.

But, of course, here I've got 13 boxes. Each one can have up to 26 choices. So, if I took a methodical approach to this, and I wondered how long my list would have to be to try to guess this thing, well, it would be 26 to the 13th power. And for those of you who didn't just compute it in your head, it's about 2.5 quintillion.
