So, we need a representative heuristic, a shortcut that says, "The Last time I've dealt with a person like this, X, Y, and Z. The last time I saw a person like this in a movie, X, Y, and Z. The last time I heard about a person like this at the dinner table with your crazy cousin staff, X, Y, and Z." It teaches you to have shortcuts. This is the one that we've got to work on.
