The Nursys Administrator group shall forward the posting request along with the information collected to NCSBN’s legal counsel for review. Upon review, legal counsel may request further information from the NRB, such as providing clear legal authority for publicly disclosing the information contained in the posting. No Category 3 notification may be posted on Nursys.com without approval from NCSBN’s legal counsel. 3.8 For Category 3 messages, if the NRB verifies to the Nursys Administrator that the same message is posted on the NRBs own website, the NRB will turn off the notification in Nursys at the same time, and in any case, within 24 hours if the message is subsequently changed or removed from the NRBs own website.

There can be many Checklist Item Statuses based on configuration; however, there are only three (3) Checklist Item States; 1. Incomplete (default) – Open Circle indicator 2. Completed – Green Checkmark indicator 3. Failed – Red X indicator Any Checklist Item State other than a Completed or Failed State , regardless of Checklist Item Status , will result in an Incomplete State .

The member board or exam user member must provide NCSBN with the final audit report, the member board or exam user member’s action plan in response to the audit report and a description of what was learned. c. The member board or exam user member must demonstrate they have explored internal resources and funding options (for example, legislative oversight committee, auditor general, 6 etc.). 3.0 Operational Procedure 3.1 Consideration will be given to submissions in order of receipt. Priority will be given to member boards or exam user members that have not made a request in the current fiscal year. 3.2 Requests will be accepted at any time up to the limit of current fiscal year budget.
