    We're seeing evidence of some of these interventions over the past few years hopefully take hold. Reported fatigue levels were a bit more muted, and I think in line with the kind of the sentiments of feeling used up. In both instances, there was roughly a 9% drop among RNs, and a 6% to 7% drop among PNs, and kind of those like high level acute frequencies. While those reductions are, again, notable in aggregate, we still see 40 to 50%. So for these two measures, this is why I say, you might look at the 6%, the 9% and say that's not that much more muted than 7 and 9%.
