    The board concluded that in light of modern career mobility trends and our mandate to reduce burdens on government that offing the product to other groups would be consistent with our public safety mandate. However, it was noted that decisions on doing so would be taken on a case-by-case bases ensuring that our actions would be consistent with our articles of incorporation and the limits by IRS for 501 c (3) entities.
